Prior to scheduling an appointment, Maggie conducts a phone interview and then clients are asked to fill out a questionnaire. No appointment will be scheduled without a completed questionnaire.
After a review of the information, an evaluation of the dog will be scheduled.

If the client agrees to the treatment plan, training will begin immediately and payment will be due at the end of each appointment, including the evaluation.
